I am sorry to say you that your form will get rejected. You may appear for the exam but during counseling, you will be disqualified. The members concerned for counseling are intolerant. I had been to counseling and I have seen how they behave. They wont accept any mistakes. However you can do one thing. Contact NTA as soon as possible for the correction.
