JEE Advanced – For admission to IITs (if you qualify JEE Main cutoff).

BITSAT – Conducted by BITS Pilani for B.E. programs; similar syllabus to JEE.

VITEEE – For admission to VIT campuses (Vellore, Chennai, etc.).

SRMJEEE – For SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

COMEDK UGET – For engineering colleges in Karnataka.

WBJEE / MHT CET / AP EAMCET / TS EAMCET – If you belong to respective states.

These exams are worth trying since they follow similar patterns and can give you multiple college options apart from NITs.
