See if you get allotted a seat in Mop-up round of NEET UG AIQ counselling but you do not join it then you will not be eligible for stray vacancy round of the counselling because as per the information brochure of MCC for NEET UG AIQ counselling, following candidates are not eligible for stray vacancy round :-

>>>>>>>> Candidates who joined the allotted seat in Round II of AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ AIIMS/JIPMER/Nursing.

>>>>>>>> Candidates allotted a seat in Mop Up Round of MCC and NOT REPORTED.

>>>>>>>> Candidates joined the allotted seat in Mop Up Round of MCC.

>>>>>>>> Candidates who have not registered in any of Previous 3 Rounds
