Scope after completing M.Pharm is you can join industries, academia and research and development. You can also  be appointed to drug regulatory agencies by the state or central government.

Salary package can depend on many factors like the industry in which you are applying, salary in government and private sectors is different.

As a fresher salary may be less but with experience you can earn better.
