Hello Gopesh, Let me try to segregate thing in two situation... 

Situation 1 - Not done MBA, Having Job in good company (experienced more than 1yr), estimated Salary 7LPA

Situation 2 - Done MBA from IIM, appointed by the company last month (no previous job experience), salary same 7LPA

Now, Situation 1 candidate apply/ plan to switch job, the company will 1st demand MBA degree with specialization + job experience (Especially the bigger company/ foreign company)... this will make you either continue with the same job or look for other similar company that don't prefer MBA. Hence salary increment will be less even after switching the job

Whereas, in situation 2, doing MBA from IIM itself speaks a lot. Starting salary will be minimum 8LPA to 10 LPA, switching would be very much easier at national and international companies. Doing MBA from INDIA'S best college will help you also in incrementing salary with good percentage compare to MBA from Normal college... and so on...
