On the basis of last years cut-off of NUALS Kochi, you would have no chance of selection at rank about 4000 if you are an unreserved category. You will be selected only if you belong to a reserved category. But the chances of this are also bleak. Last year's NUALS Kochi cut-off was 826 rank (all India unreserved) and 892 rank (state unreserved).
