Yes, you can be eligible to get admission into bachelor of Arts for L.L.B. under the sports quota in any government college as per the rules laid out by the government itself. The sports quota is of a maximum  of 3% for personal sports. In order to get admission through sports quota a candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria such national level player of sports or state level players - which you already have. However, all the law colleges do not provide sports quota admissions.
