Dear Shaikh, for appearing for NEET, the basic eligibility criteria is that you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core subjects. If you are pursuing Graduation your highest qualifucation remains 10+2 and so you become eligible to appear for NEET. So just to answer your question, you ate eligible to appear for NEET though you are in your Graduation.
