OBC category and sebc category is not that much same dear.

OBC is under the central government category. Other backward caste and if you have OBC category certificate then it's value your State works and central works both.

But sebc is state government caste category and if you have this caste certificate then you don't have any OBC category certificate of Central government. And you can enjoy every benefits of state government. So you have to check which category certificate you have and apply with it.
