You can go for the counselling in RIE BBSR if you are in the waiting list. However, it depends on your rank in the wait list.

If your rank is below 10 or even below 25 then yes you should attend the counselling, because if your rank is below 10 then you have high chances of admission or sometimes you may even get it upto rank 20-25 if seats are available.
