Normally, these kind of certiicates are to be produced at the time of admission. I don't understand which exam are you talking about. If you're unable to produce certificates to claim your reservation, there are high chances for your reservation to be cancelled and you'll be considered under general category. So, try to get the required certificate from the concerned authorities as fast as you can.
