Hello Aspirant,

As per the information I am able to get, only students from Maharashtra board are allowed to apply for the bsc courses in Mumbai University. 
I would suggest you to keep your other options open. And Delhi University is anyway a much better option then the Mumbai University. And students from any board are eligible to apply in DU.
