No if you did not qualify jee mains and jee advance you will not be able to apply or register for jee advance architecture aptitude test .As it has only two eligibility criteria one the person should quality jee mains and jee advance as well as another that he pr she should have applied for this during the registration process can only be eligible to take test in jee advance architecture Aptitude test .
