Yes sure why not? You can clear NDA test as well while you are preparing for the IIT JEE as for NDA you should have knowledge about maths, english, physics, chemistry, general science, history, geography, current events. In 11, it is better that you take physics, chemistry and maths. As you told already you will be preparing for IIT JEE. Just one thing I would like to add here is that . It would be better if you keep yourself in touch with other mentioned subject to prepare for NDA . Keep yourself updated with the current affairs and general knowledge.
