Yes sure why not? You can clear NDA test as well while you are preparing for the IIT JEE as for NDA you should have knowledge about maths, english, physics, chemistry, general science, history, geography, current events. In 11, it is better that you take physics, chemistry and maths. As you told already you will be preparing for IIT JEE. Just one thing I would like to add here is that . It would be better if you keep yourself in touch with other mentioned subject to prepare for NDA . Keep yourself updated with the current affairs and general knowledge.

Hello student the entrance examination syllabus is almost same but the level of question is different however if you clear the NDA entrance examination after that you need to clear the medical test which is very difficult so you need to practice for that IIT Jee preparation won't help you in that. Make sure you read quality news paper for current affairs.
