You are eligible for Neet 2019 no doubt .only criteria is min age 17 yr.

NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria-

Minimum Age Requirement-

17 years as on December 31, 2018.

Candidates must be born on or before January 1, 2003.

If you satisfy this criteria, you can give NEET 2019 otherwise not.
