After going through your 1st round of counselling, if you don't get college well then you can for secound round of counselling. But make sure you give prior information to college if you are alloted with a college in your 1st round of counselling. The process for going through secound round of counselling is same as that of 1st round.

If you have applied for councelling for first round then you are in the process of counselling either selected or not selected you can apply for second round. But if selected but don't want to take admission in that case you have to report to the college and aplly for next round of counselling.
