As far as I know, you will get admission on the basis of the colleges list and preferences that you have given. As you have opted for PWD, you will have a dominance of getting a seat in that category itself. The algorithm makes sure that you get the best seat according to your choices. You mostly will be limited to the PWD seats itself and the best college in that category and your list.
