It would be difficult to tell you the marks required as the cutoff varies every year deoending on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, candidates appearing in the exam, etc.
You should put your best efforts and prepare for the AIIMS MBBS exam to get a seat in AIIMS institution.

Now were 15 aiims wilm constricted in whole india for aiims 2019-2020

Hi AnkitFor the academic session 2019-20, six new AIIMS are introduced located in Kalyani, Raebareli, Gorakhpur, Bathinda, Deogarh, and Bibinagar, now there are a total of 15 institutes across India.

The marks you should get is above the 400 + because the competation is increasing year by year

and you may get the delhi if the score is above 450
