NEET is an entrance exam conducted by NTA to get admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc.

The NEET contains total of 200 questions and 720 marks:

The questions in NEET examination are been distributed as followed:

• Physics -50 questions
  
• Chemistry 50 questions
  
• Zoology-50 questions
  
• Botany- 50 questions
  

The questions to be solved are 180 and the weightage of Biology in NEET examination is 360 marks, you can ofcourse attempt only biology portion if you want to do so, but i won't suggest to do this because you can have only have of the questions in this way and half will remain aside, also for getting a govt college you must look to score above 400+ marks which can't be fulfilled only by the biology portion.

You will ofcourse be eligible if you are only looking for biology but it won't be a worthy idea.
