If you belong to the State of UP, then you should select UPGE which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category.
If you belong to Other State and General Category, you should select OSGE which stands for Other State General Category
If you belong to UP and EWS, then you should select UPGE-EWS which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category EWS.
Under the Sub Category, chose Not Applicable, if you do not have any Freedom Fighter/PWD/Armed forces reservation.
