Yes, you can have admission to NIT's/IIIT's if you qualify JEE mains with a good enough rank. JEE Advanced is only for admission to the IIT'S which requires you to qualify JEE mains. ... Even if you fail to clear JEE ADVANCED you still have a chance to get a seat in the NIT/IIIT.
