Now Coming to your query, As per my knowledge, If you choose Float Option once reporting to RC then it will be continued fro all further round until you again report RC and change it to Freeze/Slide. So if you choose Float in CAP 1 then it will also be applicable for CAP 2 if you don't change it by reporting to RC. So don't worry.
