Even scoring below 500 you might get a good seat in state quota although not in all India quota.
If you don't get a good college or you are not satisfied with your marks , you may try next time.
You can invest your energy and time in other entrance exams like AIIMS, JIPMER too !
Your board marks will help you get a Bsc degree from good colleges!
I would personally not recommend BDS or BAMS but if interested you may join them too.

You can try other options.
Eg. BDS and BHMS.
However, if you score above 450 you can get private medical colleges.

Hello. Besides MBBS, there are various other options through NEET such as BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, nursing etc. They all have good scope in India and all over the world. Goodluck!

See, getting a seat will depend on your rank. Even if you haven't achieved 500+ do wait for your state rank and then decide if you wish to take another chance for your passion.
