This is a very subjective question, it also depends on which location you are doing job. In metros beginners may have to struggle a lot for getting a break through, as Dentistry is a saturated field in metros & further there is a lack of dental hygiene prevailing in our country.
Initially the salary may start from RS.10,000/- per month in private clinics , trust hospitals .
After a good practice of about 4 to 5 years you may start earning RS.25,000/- + commission on the work you do.
It is better to start a private clinic in less explored areas , cause after initial setup phase of a year you might get good rewards.
Further the competition is tough but if you get a job in academics in Government as well as Private Dental colleges than the salaries are attractive.
Salaries are also good in government hospitals.

Oh got itI have one more question that which is better Bams/Bdw and why
