Yes if you have not been provided with any of the colleges in counseling the fees taken for the counseling will be refunded, whatever the amount was taken.

Yeah, total seat acceptance fee will be refundable. CSAB will take only Rs 15,00 for registration. Remaining money will be adjusted in your tuition fee at the time of admission if you are allotted a seat. If you not allotted a seat then you will get your refund money into your bank account after few days. Hope it helps you.
