Yes you can directly fill an application form for JEE-Main 2022 session 2 even if you have not applied for session 1.

But till now no date has been released for commencement of registration process of session 2 of JEE-Main. Also now the dates would most probably be released by JEE Apex board not by NTA because now all control of JEE-Main are handed over to JEE Apex Board. So kindly wait for it till now there is no any notification for commencement of registration process of session 2 of JEE-Main

This time JEE-Main will be conducted in 2 sessions only as per the latest revised schedule given below,

>>>>>> first in June (June 20th - 29th) and

>>>>>> second session will be in July (from July 21st to 30th).

Keep checking the official website of NTA as given below because even if there will be any new site created for JEE-Main session 2 then also you will be informed through the portal of NTA so be in touch with it :-

Yes, you can definitely apply for JEE main 2022 second session even if you have not applied for JEE main 2022 first session

This is because,

It's not mandatory to apply for and attempt both the session i.e 1st & 2nd session of jee main, it's completely your choice whether you want to attempt 1st or 2nd or both session. The only thing is that when you attempt both, then best of the two score is considered for your admission.

This year there are only 2 sessions of jee main.

• Application form last date :- 5th April 2022

• Application fee last date:- 31st march 2022 upto 11.30 pm

• 1st session examination date:- 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 th June 2022

You can fill the jee mains application form  in online mode following  the given below steps -

----------) registration :- first of all visit the official website of jee mains i. e jeemain. nta . nic . in  then you need to register using your name, mobile number  and email id to generate your login credentials

----------) then fill your details in the application form :- you need to fill details like your personal details, parents details, your academic details .

----------) and after that you need to  go for uploading your following documents

You need to upload following documents:-

• Your passport size Photograph,

• Signature,

• Category Certificate (if applicable i. e for ews, obc, sc, st ):- in pdf format, size between 50kb to 300kb

• PwD Certificate ( if you are a pwd candidate):- in pdf format, size between 50kb to 300kb

• Application fee for  male indian candidates of general, obc, ews category:- 650
