Hello !
You did not mention about your JEE main 2019.
If at all you have given JEE Main examination you can take admission into an engineering college .
To get admission into undergraduate engineering courses in West Bengal you have to pass the national and state level examination.
On the basis of the exam scores you will get admission into any of the institute located in West Bengal.

If you have the examination you can contact the college you want and see if they support management seat or spot admission.
