Because it is 100% State Counselling for Jammu and Kashmir, all the seats will be filled through State counselling based on NEET score. So qualifying in NEET is mandatory. Even for admission in Paid seat or Management Quota seat, it is important you qualify in NEET. If you do not qualify in NEET, unfortunately you cannot get a seat.
