They will not reject you if you not provide Income certificate in counseling.

You can submit the certificate till last phase of counselling. Or else you can submit the certificate in the college while you are reporting at college you got allotted seat. No need to worry about the rejection. There will be a time.

Uploading the digital copies of the income certificates is required; else, registration would not be complete. You might wish for a delay in the certificate upload deadlines.

However, if you don't have a certificate at all, you won't be eliminated and will instead be given a seat based on your general category rating.
