You can go ahead and do MBBS in Russia or germany from Universities recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).Then you will be eligible to practice in India after clearing the MCI Screening Test. Indian students are exempted from Medical Council of India (MCI) Screening Test if the have completed their MBBS from the below 5 countries and have the license to practice in these countries:

• USA
• UK
• Canada
• Australia, &
• New Zealand

If a candidate completes his MBBS from any other apart from above, the MBBS degree is valid in India only after clearing MCI Screening Test.
