Hi Ankita,

Yes, if you take an exit from the JOSAA counselling round before the final counselling round. Your fee gets refunded. Only the seat acceptance charge (after 7K deduction) is refunded.
The seat acceptance charge (SAF) once paid, is non-refundable at any cost.
