Generally it depends on guidelines of college in which you take admission... According to me your seat will not get cancelled..

College management will give you a date by which you have to submit your transfer certificate.

They will definitely not cancel your admission based on transfer certificate.. But yes, you should have your 10th and 12th marksheet and pass certificate with you during the time of reporting..
