Yes, if you do these all with all your efforts you'll definitely score more. NCERT is alone enough to get you high and good marks but you can use MTG books as they have really good questions. Make a schedule and solv questions every day without a gap.

Yes, you can surely score 320+ in biology just by doing NCERT. It is the key for scoring in biology.

You just don't have to read it but you have to understand every line given in the NCERT. Even the introduction and the summary. Moreover you should do regular mock tests for MCQs.
Here are a few points you should keep in mind while study. Read each and every line of Ncert and try to understand it completely. Usually when we study Ncert we might skip a few points so what you should do is when you are done with a chapter then try practising previous year questions and solving MTG. This will help you analyze your weak areas. If you practice and analyze yourself everyday, you can even score more than 350 in biology. It is just about how you work hard. The most important thing other than studying Ncert is keeping faith in yourself believing in what you are doing is right.

That's enough to get 320-330 in Biology .
I suggest you to focus the rest of your time in Physics and Chemistry instead of mugging up scientific names from insane guides like Arihant.
Lastly don't get sick during the exam. All your pain will go in vain:( And all this pain will be amplified by your parents,relatives and friends. All your hardwork depends on those 3 hours. So stay healthy!
I am suggesting you these methods by the mistakes I made during my preparation.I was definitely the most hardworking and may the smartest but I didn't do smartwork.
P.S. The only right thing that I did was that I didn't focus on boards and instead focused almost entirely on entrances.
