Yeah it may be possible in some cases.

Yes you can get it but you have to choose option of float that is the seat which you have got in secise will be fixed and you will be able to participate in round 3 to upgrade your seat which you got in round 2 if it does not upgrade then you can get the seat which you got in round 2
