If I did not get seat in csab round 1...and got seat in round 2 and I don't want to accept the seat.....does my participation will refunded?

Dear Aspirant,
In CSAB special round,if you don't get any seat in the first round and suppose get a seat in second round. But if you don't like the alloted institute,then you can quit the counseling process.
The participation fees of counseling will be refunded.
