Hello aspirant, 

In counselling seats are allocated to you as per the choices you have  filled preference wise, if you get a particular college in some round,then in subsequent rounds you will get a college of higher preference put by you in the list at the time of counselling. So, you can't revert back to the same college if new college has been assigned to you in another round.
