migration certificate is generally necessary while you change your college in between any course. however if you have taken admission from the first years of m.a course in delhi university you have to produce the graduation certificate, 10th 12th marksheets and id proof to take admission. besides this you have to apply for any entrance test required to apply for du. since recruitment policy changes time to time, you have to go through the official website of du to take admission.

you have to appear in du post graduate entrance exam to apply for m.a in english in du, besides the eligibility criteria is candidates must complete  B.A. (Hons.) examination in English from DU with 50 % for General Category, 45% for OBC and for SC/ST/PWD category minimum pass marks in qualifying examination.
