First I will say be calm.

Hello...

Don't worry it will not affect your seat allotment process. This happens with many students due to server issue so it is not a big problem . Be relaxed and wait for your seat allotment . Just keep final printout with you during seat allotment . All website have some time limits that if you will be inactive for sometimes then it automatically let you logged out from the server by saving your current data.
