Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that if you had attended the first round of counseling and you had selected a seat in first round and you want to go to second round then you can either change your college or branch or you can leave it. By default the seat that you selected in first round will prevail. And if you have not selected any seat in first round and you are attending second round then you can either choose or you can leave.
