According to board criteria you are considered pass if you passed in English plus best four of the subjects for which you are appearing.
You may get pass but for getting admission in colleges , they may ask for the aggregate marks of English , physics , chemistry, mathematics/biology.
So, you may get pass in class 12 overall according to criteria but you should be careful regarding the the main aggregate subjects which are mostly considered during admission time.
So, it will be better for going on that subjects and don't be pessimistic about failing in a particular subject, stay positive and do practice.
