This entirely depends on the cut-off of the particular college. I would say UPSEE being a relatively easier exam, the cut-off for most of the colleges especially for preferred branches like CSE remains high. However you may try some less preferred colleges in Ghaziabad. There are less colleges in Lucknow affiliated with UPSEE, and the ones that are there have quite high cut-off.
