Congratulations! 235 marks is a good marks in JEE Mains.Your rank can range between 1500- 5700.With this rank and your OBC category you will certainly get a seat in NIT Surathkal.You can get in streams like

Chemical Engineering
Civil engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
Mining Engineering
Information Technology

Its little difficult to get Cse or Ece with this marks.

Hi bhimanna
Now you may be knowing that NIT suratkhal is amongst the best NITs in India.
So, generally it's cutoff is higher.
Now, if you are planning to get admitted in NIT suratkhal then no doubt you have perform very good in JEE mains 2019.
You at least have to score >250 marks .
