Hello Student,

As you have not mentioned about the category I am assuming it to be general. Sorry to say but According to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get seat in government medical college in Tamilnadu with 390 score even if you have a state quota of Tamilnadu as cutoffs their colleges are very high (above 590 ). 

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or drop this year and study hard for next years examination.
