It depends upon the toughness of neet ug paper. If its average then your all india rank might be around 15-20k and state rank in Uttar pradesh might be around 4-5k.
But if the paper is really very tough , then your all india rank may be around 5-6k , and state rank in uttar pradesh may be around 1100-1800 .

As disappointing as it might sound, but 500 marks is a little too less for attaining a seat in a government medical college in a state like Uttar Pradesh.
You might get a seat in one of the deemed institutions, but to secure a seat at a national level and at state level government medical colleges, you need to score above 570 to increase your odds of selection.
As far as the ranks are concerned, it depends on the extent of the difficulty of the question paper and how well the students perform. It is always subject to variation.

Going by the last year trends with a marks of 500 you will fetch an all india rank of 26011 and a up state  rank of 4106.

I asume a little increase or same stat for the current year.
