Yes , if you get 95 percentile you have a fair chance to write JEE-Advance as previous year cutoff of 2021 for qualifying JEE MAINS was 87.899 and that for year 2020 was 90 percentile.
You will be able to qualify jee main and can sit for advanced as far as the trends for cutoffs have shown.

The previous year 2021 year cut off is 87.8992241 and 2019 is 90.3765335 . So there is a chance you can qualify with 95 percentile in mains.
