So, if you get a CRL rank i.e Common Rank List rank of 10k, irrespective of any category, then you are most likely to get a seat in many of the top NITs. I don't know your home state, but if you want to get into your home state NIT, you will have a special quota for that as well. You might not possibly get all the desired subjects you want, but you will definitely get some subjects,
