There are just 1500 BA LLB seats which will be filled by the score obtained by the applicant in the Entrance exam. As your rank is 1503, a lot will depend which category you belong to, if you are general or OBC candidates then it will be tough to get a college though in that scenario how candidates of unreserved category behave will be deciding factor as only SC/ST applicants who have valid certificate from the competent authority of the Government of West Bengal will get reservation. A Bengal SC/ST candidate with this rank is sure to get a seat. I hope it helps!
