You should attend the first round of counselling in AIQ if you want the seat through the all india counselling. You can request for up gradation even if you get the seat. But if you decide not to attend the first round, you can directly attend the second round of all india counselling to check if your desired college has seats. You will have to register and lock in fresh choices in both the cases.
