Hey!

Yes, as pe rthe information by MCC security deposit is refundable to the candidates if they do not join the alloted college or does not get alloted. Also, it will be refunded to the bank by which it was deposited. Such requests for different bank accounts will not be entertained. To know more, check out the the 42 point in the pdf:
