No name will be deducted from Neet seat and yes you can surrender your seat.

Hello aspirant,
No, your name will not be deducted from the NEET Counselling rounds. You will be stuck during the admission process of your allotted college since you will not be able to produce the documents if you are already admitted somewhere else. Yes, you can surrender your seat.
